Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST

Salary: $7-15 per hour + Flat Fee Commissions (based on the number of appointments set during the week)

Responsibilities

Conduct between 100-150 cold-warm calls daily using a manual dialer.

Set and manage appointments on a regular basis.

Utilize the Google suite, LinkedIn (Recruiter or Sales Navigator), and other relevant technologies effectively.

Adapt quickly to new tools and systems as needed.

Overcome objections with poise and efficacy, driving towards successful outcomes.
